condo is beautiful- has a nice view of the water. a little bummed we couldn't see the sunset or sunrise due to the direction the back porch faced but it was still a great view. the hills to get the condo are intense- need to have someone comfortable driving hills like that and even getting on 3 wheels and spinning tires a lot to get in and out of the driveway. the walk to downtown also involved some intense hills that require proper footwear- for someone unsteady on their feet or with balance issues I would not call this walkable, although it is still very close to everything. you hear peacocks (which sound like a crying cat) and roosters ALOT so be prepared for that. place was very very well kept and stocked. there is a huge binder with tons of info on the area, beaches, restaurants, etc. also nice blue tooth speaker we used a ton and beach chairs and an umbrella plus snorkel gear & cooler. mini splits and fans were much appreciated! owners/greeter very responsive. overall, lovely!

Laurie's place was perfect for our couples vacation. The condo was very well maintained and had a stunning view of the ocean from the deck area. The stocked kitchen allowed for us to easy cook meals and clean up afterwards. As mentioned in other reviews the home is on top of a step hill but was still very walkable to town. Overall, would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and spacious. It was nice to sit on the outside patios and enjoy the scenery. We all loved the swimming pool after being at the beach all day. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Blueview. Condo is very convenient to Cruz Bay. Description was accurate and was very clean. It was perfect for our family of four. This unit was so peaceful and spacious. My friends and I were sailing for 10 days so coming to Blue Villa we needed space and real beds! Blue Villa totally delivered. There was a wonderful welcome gift upon arrival, plenty of clean towels and beach gear to travel with. AC worked great, beds comfortable, living area furniture comfortable and wonderful outdoor furniture as well. Highly suggest renting a car if available, but we couldn't get one so ended up trekking the hill a couple times a day to get back. Great workout! 10/10 would come back again!

Great location with amazing sunsets. Local team was very helpful and proactive and the home was spotless upon arrival. Tons of amenities and the location was within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The local taxis knew exactly where to pick us up when traveling to the beaches and the parking was available if needed. Overall a fantastic getaway for the family on one of our most favorite islands.

Fantastic Townhouse
We arrived on St. John and had to change accommodations and Julie & Dave were so helpful and bent over backwards to help us.
The location is walkable to town, we did not rent a car (driving on the opposite side of the road and the steepness of the hills, leave the driving to the taxi drivers!).
The view is all ocean and the AC worked so well we had to turn if off once it was cooled off when we returned from an outing (well insulated).
I would recommend staying here and I cannot wait to return.

We loved our stay here, everything was great and the location is very convenient to get to town! For those worried about "the bill" mentioned in prior reviews, we found it very easy to get a taxi when we didn't want to walk.

Great place to stay
This is a wonderful clean, large condo with a beautiful pool with an amazing view. It has everything you need in the kitchen. They were not stingy like some condos and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo and condt .... The communication started when we rented the condo. A follow up e mail before arrival with information. And Shannon had instant communication once we arrived. I give this place a 100% to stay here again. Just make sure u have a 4 wheel drive jeep. Parking is on a steep hill, but mists condos are on hills so we knew that.

Our family of four (including two teenage boys) had a wonderful time at Blue View! It was the perfect retreat after long days on the beach, the trails and in the water. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, snorkels, fins and noodles. The pool was such a treat at the end of the day. The well stocked kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook at home, including a fresh catch from our day of fishing. Cruz Bay just minutes away made going out for dinner easy as well. Blue View is best accessible by jeep! Oh, I can't forget to mention how awesome it was to have a washer and dryer!! Can't wait to go back. St John is such a special place and Blue View made our trip even better.

Blue View is the perfect getaway location. Beautiful views, clean and quiet. All the comforts of home located in a tropical paradise. A short walk to Cruz Bay bars, restaurants and shopping. We were grateful for the instant backup generator during rolling blackouts and a heat wave!

Plenty of gear for trips to the beach and the pool was a nice touch at the end of a hot day. Loved being able to walk to town for dinner in the evening, and always felt safe. Lovely stay in a wonderful place
We really enjoyed our stay in Blue View. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is very large and tastefully decorated. It is very close to town and even walkable if you are fit for uphill return. It has all possible amenities needed. In particular, it was very welcomed to have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach cooler and sunscreen bottles, all needed for perfect beach days. These details are what stand out for high quality hosts. Check-in process was smooth. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the parking. Condo is on a very steep street and not easy to manage for faint of heart drivers. But after the first day we got used to it. Overall, highly recommend and would consider to stay again in a future trip to beautiful St. John!

The parking was a little challenging, not because there wasn't enough, but it was on the side of a steep hill, but we got pretty good at it. We had the most amazing vacation at Blue View! The views were incredible, and the condo had everything we needed to relax! We especially enjoyed chilling out at the end of the day in the amazing pool! Loved being close enough to town to walk and enjoy all of the restaurants and night life. St. John in general stunned us with its beauty and how much there was to do. Loved going to Soggy Dollar on the Kekoa and snorkeling around the island on Seahorse water taxis. Oceans 362 at the bar was our favorite spot for an amazing dinner and view. We have three grown boys-23, 19 and 16 and everyone loved this vacation! Thank you so much!

We had such a great time and the home was exactly as described. We had two couples and it was nice to have our own bathrooms in our rooms. Also, a truly amazing sunset view from the pool. We rented a jeep to explore the island so it was nice to have a parking spot. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and things to prepare your food. The home had great beach chairs, floaties, coolers and snorkeling gear for the beach. Thanks for the great space to rent. We would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful place with wonderful amenities. A Well stocked kitchen along with beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear was absolutely perfect.
We rented a car which helped us explore on our own terms and we were grateful for a parking space at the condo. The condo was on a steep incline, so parking there was not for the faint of heart!
We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue View - Mango Terrace. Everything was clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony which had ample seating and a gas grill was a nice feature. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers were great. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were very comfortable and pleased with our home base for the trip.

I can say the location was great, the ease with getting to town, the comfort that was the beds, the place, the pool..was fabulous. The generator was 100% the best part. We lost power for like 30*hours, but we were so comfortable. We had no break in service, unlike the entire island. My only stress was the HUGE hill we had to drive up and park on, however we had Caleigh meet us at the condo. She talked me through the parking and all the things. After lots of stress, it was not near as stressful as I feared. By the last day, I was driving and backing up like a champ! All in all, we had the best stay at the best location. Know, it is up on a hill, but you can easily hike up/down! I will say, I feel like I worked off some of those drinks I consumed!!

The location was excellent very convenient to Cruz Bay while still providing a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day exploring the island. Great Condo
We arrived to the condo in the dark and pouring down rain! We were greeted by Shannon and she gave us all the info on the place and recommended a delivery pizza place since we were starving and not about to drive out in the rain. Like the others said, that hill is no joke. We walked to "town" several times and to the little grocery stores. Condo was great, very clean and fully stocked with extra supplies. Communication was great and never had to wait long for answers to my questions.

Great Villa!
Dave and Julie were great and prompt with communication. The villa was lovely and very clean. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and the washer and dryer were so nice to have! The only setback is the enormous hill to get to the villa but if you rent a jeep it'd be no big deal. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Place was great and appreciated all the extras like shower toiletries, chairs, bug spray, coolers, etc. the hills have put my legs in better shape than they're used to. Only downside to this place is the uphill climb with a full belly and a few drinks but still worth it.

Great condo close to Cruz Bay. Very clean and had everything you need. Communication with property manager was excellent. I can't think of a single complaint. The steep hill is worth mentioning, but would not deter me from returning.

This was our fourth trip to St. John and this unit is perfect for a party of four. We REALLY enjoy the fact that we can walk to town. It is a bit challenging when heading up the hill to head back to the condo but we were pleased that, on this trip, we never took a taxi!

Wonderful
This place was perfect for our stay! Close to Cruz Bay but far enough to not hear the town noises! Great communication with everyone involved. We had a power outage and Julie and Dave responded immediately and took care of it! The pool is amazing and a great way to end every day at the beach! Best place to watch the sunset!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Oh my we absolutely loved our stay. They had everything we needed to make the stay very enjoyable. Plenty towels, beach chairs and the accommodations were way beyond our expectations. The kids spent every evening in the pool which was a nice addition. Dave and Julie were quick to answer any questions. Check in and out was super easy. Definitely recommend this place. Loved our stay at Blue View. The location was perfect with an amazing view. We walked to town daily, although the last hill was a bit of a challenge on the way home for some of us. First time in St John
Quiet and relaxing stay in St John. We enjoyed the pool after spending our days out hiking and snorkeling. The walk into town wasn't that bad- just a steep hill coming back to the house. We appreciated being able to walk to town. We were glad there was a greeter there to give us tips on parking- it is a little tough but we got it figured out! The view is amazing from the patios. Layout of the house is great. AC worked great. WiFi was iffy but we managed.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Blue View! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible views — the kind you just can't stop staring at. The home is beautifully decorated, very well appointed, and feels newly renovated, with everything from the furnishings to the finishes in great condition.The layout worked perfectly for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning kept the whole house perfectly cool, and there were plenty of both beach and bath towels, which made our stay so easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, and the pool quickly became the star of the trip for our kids — they spent hours swimming while we lounged nearby, soaking in the scenery.The only minor hiccup was the Wi-Fi. We had trouble connecting during our stay, and David went above and beyond to help, even bringing over another router and network. Unfortunately, it still didn't work for us. It wasn't a big deal, but with kids, having the option for a cartoon or movie at night would have been nice.Despite that, Blue View exceeded our expectations. Between the stunning setting, the comfortable and well-thought-out home, and all the thoughtful touches, it made for a truly memorable trip. We can't wait to return!

Grand Daughter Wedding
We were in St John to attend our grand daughter's wedding. We rented a jeep in St Thomas and the jeep rental agency delivered jeep to the airport. Took car ferry to to St John and condo was only 3 mins away from St John car ferry dock.The condo was more than I expected. The living area very spacious and decor had a beach theme. The master bedroom with the king bed was very comfy. Good size bathroom with large shower with many hooks to hang the towels. There were many towels to last the 6 days, plus beach towels. The washer & dryer were used almost every day. There were beach chairs, snorkel equipment which were used.The view from the balcony was very nice and I had my morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans utensils. Plenty of ice in the frig, ice maker and ice cube trays.A lot of the restaurants were just 5 mins away by car. the best food market was Starfish 5 mins.

May vacation
Everything concerning the villa was fantastic- cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities, temperature control, communication with management, greeter, assistance from Tara, concierge re: side trips- everything was wonderful!Except parking- if we arrived at last parking space for evening we had a lot of difficulty parking safely in the space in front of our unit 6- it just wasn't safe.

This condo was exactly as depicted and then even better in person. The unit was meticulously cleaned and nicely appointed. The ocean was visible from both balconies and it was delightful to start and end the day with this view. We could not have been more pleased with communication from our hosts. They provided us with detailed information regarding the condo as well as the area in and around St. John. We were also grateful to have Caliegh as our greeter. She was flexible for us as we missed the ferry initially but she was still able to meet us and orient us to the unit. We would definitely come back to this unit!

Tara was amazing at booking our fun excursions. We had the best 6 nights. Location of this condo is so close to downtown Cruz Bay. We walked mostly to the condo, but did take a taxi with luggage due to the hill the condo sits on.

We loved our stay at Blue View Condo. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was incredible, and we spent a lot of time just sitting out there enjoying it. It was close to Cruz Bay, but still felt quiet and private. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provide a binder in the unit with information for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing on the island. We found this to be very helpful! They even offer a concierge who will make recommendations and book excursions for their guests. We'd definitely stay here again.
