Welcome to Tropical Sea Breeze Villa, a modern new construction situated in the beautiful Fish Bay of St. John, where you can enjoy shimmering water views to the front and majestic mountainsides on either side. This gorgeous contemporary home boasts clean lines, open spaces, and a delightful combination of indoor-outdoor living, perfect for your next getaway.

Inside or out, you can zen out and enjoy the tranquil ocean views from the sundeck wrapped around the pool or from inside while sipping a cup of coffee from the living room couch. The pool and sundeck are strategically placed to be able to bask in the sunshine throughout the day, while at the same time, shaded areas are available for lounging or sitting poolside.

Our smart but comfortable design is energy-efficient and packed with amenities, such as air conditioning, WiFi, cable, laundry room, microwave, barbecue, and lovely common areas to enjoy. We chose this location because we love the tranquility of St. John’s National Park to the east and the southern exposure of Fish Bay.

Touring the House…As you walk up the pathway, surrounded by tropical landscaping of blooming flowers and newly planted palm trees, you will be led to a solid staircase that takes you to the main entrance and deck level. The modern and cleancut design immediately catches your attention and beckons you to experience the fun and true comfort.

Upon entering the house and stepping into the foyer, you will find three bedrooms on the first level, one master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and two queen-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom. The laundry room and bathroom separate the three bedrooms, providing plenty of privacy. All bedrooms have "smart" televisions, and guests can access their own internet television apps. WiFi is great throughout the house and pool area.

Making your way up the floating Mahogany staircase to the second level, you will be greeted by an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room, where you can enjoy stunning views of the blue-green waters of Fish Bay. This level has two dining areas, one located between the kitchen and living room, and the other just off the living room on the upper sundeck, where you can dine and barbecue while taking in beautiful views from all sides by day or stargaze by night.

At the rear of the house on the second level, you will find a second master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, which can be entered from the inside at the end of the hallway or the upper deck through the sliding glass door. This level also has a half bathroom at the end of a spacious hallway next to the kitchen.

We designed this house "upside down" so that the best views are enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, and dining room areas. From the sun decks and balcony, you can see partial sunrises and sunsets throughout the year and feel the steady breeze coming off of the ocean to help keep the house cool and comfortable all day. While we have air conditioning throughout the house, the refreshing tropical seabreezes are plentiful and keep the house naturally cool.

Parking is available in the driveway for one vehicle, and additional guests can park in front of the house on the street. The villa is also equipped with Tesla Powerwall batteries for backup power in the event that it is needed.
